November 5th Board of Supervisors 2 p.m. Meeting: Commitment by the Board of Supervisors to keep the up to 6% interest limit on the attempt to place bonds for up to $75 million dollars after speculation of 7.5% to 9% interest rate limit might be sought by Davenport, Inc. at this meeting. Excellent turnout of FTA members for the Board meeting, not really a surprise.
